Sponsorship Opportunities

We are currently seeking sponsors for the Southern Regional Leaders Retreat 2019!

Sponsorship levels
Although all funds raised will go toward general operating expenses, our varied sponsorship levels are intended to reflect actual costs for the event. We would gratefully accept donations of any amount.

$275 Neighborhood Sponsor
Reflects an ability and interest in personally participating along with a dedication to supporting your neighbors in their efforts to improve each of our lives.

  • One full or remote attendance registration
  • Listing with URL on Sponsors page of the event website

$500 Connecting Sponsor
Reflects an ability and interest in promoting connections and resources within our community.

  • Two full or remote attendance registrations
  • Listing with URL and text up to approximately 75 words on Sponsors page of the website
  • Listing on printed and electronic program; with link on electronic program

$1,000 Collaborator Sponsor
Reflects an ability and interest in investing more broadly in the development of dialogues and collaborations, building relationships now and for the future.

  • Two full or remote attendance registrations and an additional two remote attendance registrations
  • Listing with logo, URL and text up to approximately 150 words on Sponsors page of the website

$2,000 Nurturing Sponsor
Reflects the costs of offering sustenance, comfort, and nutrition to those working together during the retreat to identify and accomplish our shared goals — more simply, snacks and drinks

$3,000 Education Sponsor
Reflects the costs of recognizing that those sharing knowledge deserve compensation for their efforts, and that all of us benefit when we are given opportunities to share knowledge and ourselves learn by teaching.

$5,000 Access Sponsor
Reflects the costs of ensuring as many members of our communities can participate as fully as possible in these dialogues that impact us all.

  • Two full or remote attendance registrations and an additional eight remote attendance registrations
  • Listing with logo and URL and text up to approximately 300 words on Sponsors page of the website
  • Logo on printed and electronic program; with link on electronic program
  • Predominantly displayed sign with your logo behind speakers
  • Electronic logo on the main event webpage


Exhibitor Display Opportunities
We welcome a very limited number of vendors to join us for our event. The vendor space will be open during meal times and evening receptions. During the event it will be used as a quiet space so tables can remain up, but not open for sales/consults during that time. 

Limited physical display space is available to give exhibitors / supporters an opportunity to offer attendees more information about products, services, and employment or partnership opportunities. Sales or tabling are permitted during meals and networking sessions with vendors responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations. The displays can be set up as early as Thursday 5 p.m. and remain up through all of Saturday (can be removed first thing Sunday morning). Posters will be displayed in the conference’s all-day networking room (which also serves as a breakout space during sessions that require that), and remains open during meals and evening receptions.Table space is in the same location but allows for display of other items and limited floor space. Accepted until spaces are filled.

$175: Digital advertising
We will also include a digital image (image description required) in an advertiser email to all registrants and on the website. $250: Poster
We will display a 24”x36” vertical (or smaller) poster you send. If you supply a digital version with image description, we will also include it in an advertiser email to all registrants and on the website. $500: 4 linear feet of table space
We will reserve 4 feet of space on a rectangular table for a display. This includes registration for a staffer, who you may send to interact with attendees during session breaks and receptions. We suggest that the staffer fully participate in retreat sessions while not at the display.

$1000: 6 linear feet of table space
We will reserve 6 feet of space on a rectangular table for a display. This includes registration for a staffer, who you may send to interact with attendees during session breaks and receptions. We suggest that the staffer fully participate in retreat sessions while not at the display.
